Leader here and got the email when I signed on this morning. What strikes me is how many people are posting here that they got the email which means this board is full of leaders.
If you think you might sue Humana for whatever reason due to mistreatments, by signing this agreement, you release your rights. That's also a difference.
@an In the past, yes it has been the same, 2 weeks per year but maxes out at 1year. Leaders will have an enhanced package this time.
@an no a RIF will not have the same added benefits of this package. If they don't meet goal of acceptance of this package, then that will determine level of RIFs post packages to meet their goal. Can most likely pick up what metrics they are targeting in this weeks earnings call.
My question.... For those that are eligible for early retirement, is the offering going to be the same if you stay and later get RIF'd?

My leader said the same. Emails to eligible employees to be sent this afternoon. Seems better offer than expected according to Go/ERP.
@af initial communication was sent at 8am to all people leaders. It says a separate communication will be shared at 3pm with eligible associates.
@OP My leader got an email saying that eligible employees will get an email around 3 PM today.

Just saw the offer on Go/ERP! Early Retirement Program. Enrollment dates 7/28 to 8/11.

Go/erp all the details are out there. It's a much better package than offered in years past. $5k payout, additional weeks paid based on role, + 2 weeks for ever year. Still get AIP. Insurance throughout the retirement period, up to 1 year. Only have to be 50 with 3 years of tenure.
@OP fingers crossed! Doubtful though, last time I was ineligible as I was “essential” worker 🤣
