I've landed a job but honestly this is beyond horrible.
I would have gotten close to a year in pay to find something else.

Bold of anyone to assume that there will be future opportunities to EOI.
The cycle for redundancies will reduce from 5 years on average, down to 2 or 3. I wouldn’t be surprised if the EOI process is removed as the company desperately clings to the last bastions of remaining talent, who will all be so miserable that they are universally clamouring to leave.

Ive heard it will be a shorter cycle in future ie every 2-3 years
There seems to be a 5 year EOI cycle, so 2030 is most likely the next big one. If you are miserable start looking now.
Could be a long time until the next one.
