Not really existent to now but coming I bet. Especially in inv and crt. Upper management working hard to get more efficient and Sapience to get there. Easy cost cutting. New crt team lead favorites added for the future. Inv getting more automated and cheaper markets survive. EFCC not immune to trends

Efcc is a tu-d sandwich with the worst leaders i have ever been part off. Until they get cut it will only get worse
Funny that some departments want Sapience and some absolutely don’t because the bank will absolutely steal 60 hour weeks without wanting to draw attention to it.
