BofA doesn't pay sh-t so your P5/M3 salary, depending on role, will be closer to a Band3 at BofA.

M3 and P5 are considered equivalents at wf. I was band 3 at boa = m4 at WF i would agree stay clear of this place layoffs every 2 weeks regardless of your hiring date. Its unhealthy emotionally and physically little room for advancement
No clue, but unless you are being offered 2X what you currently make, I wouldn’t do it at this time. I kindly suggest you read through this site.
