Let's be honest. Many of the Staff VPs are not contributing any real value. If we cut 50% of them, we may have a chance at turning this shipwreck around. Bye, bye

Yes agreed! We need more workers than useless SVPs. There are way too many management layers. For example, on the Carelon side, we an individual contributor director reporting to a director I who reports to a director II, who then reports to a SVP. Come on! Imagine how many workers if they consolidate. However logic doesn’t seem to flow for those making decisions in this company.
Can’t agree anymore. I hardly see my Staff VP in the pulse location and not adding any value in my team. keeps promoting direct reports who fill for him.
They should put drop boxes in each PulsePoint location and request we anonymously put in the names of Staff VPs that need to go due to lack of doing any actual work. From what I heard some of these Staff VPs receive in compensation, three employees that actually do work could be saved for each useless Staff VP riffed.
They should all go in my opinion. All they do is drink the kool aid and create a toxic environment. Completely out of touch with the day to day.
If they did this they could actually keep people who do real work
