How does it feel pulling water for a billion dollar company as a simpleton?

I hope they lose their jobs and have to go back into work somewhere. Let's face it folks, if you invested in target 5 years ago, you would have 22% less. The machine is broke and the employees are not putting out a winning product, but they can sure work 4 hour days and guzzle Starbucks....
Bwaaa bwaaa bwaaa time to get daycare and go back to work. Zero sympathy for WFH
A lot of them will either quit or be fired for not "being a team player". The rest will quietly play along until a better opportunity presents itself. Then a small few percent will be so excited to work next to their resentful coworkers again.
I think the goal is to have ~10% of the workforce remote. Historically remote work has existed at Target. I imagine that as folks find new roles, their backfills will be mandated to be in person.
