Wouldn’t this make the insight work that will be done more connected to the business and give teams a better chance of having clear direction and impact?

EH doesn’t believe in strategy, probably just old school buy sell with partners
It’s already not a function anymore, several areas are doing their own reports, reviews, insights because they don’t get much from the central function.
There’re a lot of undercover analytics roles spread around, just not with insights in the title so they don’t get stolen back or politized by DC and their goons
It’s already disbanded, product and SDR and majority of DS functions have moved to GT
I’ve never met a strategy person that could even navigate a dashboard. If strategy was forced to learn sql python ai ml they would all be f————ed. All they know is to ask annoying questions of other orgs, create “Steer Cos”, make 100+ page decks that don’t actually materialize in CODE moments, say cr-p like “where’s the red thread”, then talk about how they were at McKinsey

Shouldn't our strategy come from our experts and teams in categories vs. an in-house department of ex-consultants who have no experience in categories, nor any operational slash executional know how on how to bring things to life?
