Thread regarding State Farm Insurance layoffs

What SF got wrong

Richard Branson quote On Employees: "If you take care of your employees, they will take care of your business."

He also stated: employees 1st, customers 2nd, shareholders 3rd.

And, if you take care of your employees they will be happy and they will provide good customer service because they are happy and taken care of.

Not here at SF. Employees are miserable. We are micromanaged. Don't even know how long will have a job. Could get moved to a job we didn't apply for at the drop of a hat. I could go on and on. No wonder SF is failing.

State Farm motto is sc--w the employee, do it again, then do it again, send out some huddle points to tell them how fortunate they were for getting sc--wed over and then do it again, give the CEO $24 million bonus then make sure the useless agent is happy and gives them a huge raise. Repeat cycle!
