Belk corporate is a joke . The southern company is stuck in the past and has no diversity in the home office. It baffles me that they have this AA (African American) initiative in stores but lack the diversity in the office. They promote the ones who kiss up and do extra work for free and are afraid to leave.
So many people have either quit or gotten laid off which was a blessing in itself
Oh, if you're in the know, spill the tea! Inquiring minds are just itching to hear all about it. As for the ones I actually liked? They've either already bounced or lost their jobs. So don’t believe everything they tell you.
