What's the new ABU motto? 'Wait for the next one and take the cash then.' There's no belief in management, enthusiasm or morale so loyalty is gone. This is the true meaning being woke.
After going through several re-orgs with subsequent townhall meetings, did anyone expect to get the truth or any reliable information which you could plan your future. This game has been going on for years.
Best thing is not to turn up and don't call in. Let them see how pi---d off you all are. You always turn up hoping to hear real news but always just nothing of interest.

The key reason people attended the ABU townhall, was for:
• An update regarding the recent wave 1 org changes, wave 2 updates,
• Organization plan restructuring / reporting changes,
• ENGINE impact to ABU short and longer term. Show us the ENGINE Org chart!
• Following the recent cutbacks, what’s the impact on teams?
We know there are 5 waves scheduled, show us the long-term plan!
Instead, the usual leadership, buzz word BS! No substance! Ignoring the elephant in the room! Letting the ABU know what a great job our ENGINE transition mentors are doing!
None of the ABU leadership can be trusted!
