I think that was in reference to attrition numbers. I found their claim that it's "low" to be suspect. Maybe if they're only looking back 2-3 months, but we've lost over 10k employees since the Union Bank acquisition.

When the managing committee sees single digit growth as a positive and an indicator that the company is doing better, and rank and file remembers, when 12 - 15 annualized growth was the norm, such that 4-6 percent is a red flag and an indicator that the company is not doing well, therein lies the problem and until leadership comes to U.S. Bank, the constant spin and narrow focus, wholesale lack of credibility and general inability to grow the banking franchise will go on and on and on.
