Pay Rise 2025

Heading into August shortly. Has anyone heard of the % award for this year, or for alot of folks it will be for this decade.

No doubt the Execs will be taking pay cuts for bad performance and years of taking rises.

I just filled up my DXC van with my DXC fuel card and got £3 worth of Nectar points! Thats more than DXC has ever given me. Merit increases are a myth unless you are an exec who have $2m increases annually.

The letters have been printed for pay rises and couriered to your last known address. You dufus guys, still Beleive you are getting a salary hike!

It is just for the execs and we will loot regularly. Now get back to work (5 percent) rest 95 percent, you do scoot and you will never leave till we wfr you. So just hang on and fill out your time shiiiiiiits in five different systems, do the standard of business course, security course and ethics course in time. See you all in the next town hole.

@cd That'll be because the only people who attend those shows are sales and marketing.

I don't work for DXC. I work for my client. Where I've been lost between the cracks and receive no support or recognition from either direction. I honestly get more from colleagues working for competitor companies.

Based on recent town halls, yesterday's US & UKI was a perfect example, leadership are just pretending there is no problem, everyone is happy and engaged but then they also think everyone is in sales, so they clearly have issues

Expect nothing, realise it's actually a pay cut. Vow to do 6% less in 2026. That's on top of the 58% less we're already up to from previous years.

Meanwhile the company will happily fill the gaps with market rate fly by night contractors.

DXC either just can't see the issue, or are still compiling spreadsheets that give them the answer they are looking for => 0%, and AI will fix everything. They should try asking it how you engage underpaid downtrodden staff!
