Purpose beyond Profit...laughable. then have the EMG take a salary and bonus reduction if they are driven by purpose. Teachers do it for purpose knowing they won't make a lot of money. But EMG? Here's a fat signing bonus to join us after failing at BOA or The Hartford or Chubb. Oh, please take that corporate jet. GTFOH.

No mention of scorecard nor anything to do with where exactly are we. It's mostly wishy washes. And yes, that poster below with long AI generated comment should be replaced by AI.

I never post on this site, but I felt compelled to share my thoughts after attending the town hall. While there was some corporate language, I genuinely felt a sense of unity and care. It was clear that we are committed to moving forward together, thoughtfully considering both the broader impacts and the individual experiences that shape our community. For me, true success means warmly welcoming new members and ensuring that those we already serve continue to feel valued and supported. It's about finding the right balance between security and ease of use, so everyone feels safe and confident accessing our products. Most importantly, it's about making the journey to becoming a fully authenticated member as clear and supportive as possible.

While AI is undeniably a helpful tool, what truly inspires me is our unwavering dedication to the human experience. By reaching out personally to military spouses and new prospects, we demonstrate genuine compassion and understanding, meeting people where they are. We are committed to ensuring that anyone who needs to speak with a live representative can do so, recognizing that sometimes, a caring voice can make all the difference in a difficult moment. Even as we strive to make routine processes more efficient, we never lose sight of the importance of kindness and personal connection. AI and the human experience are not mutually exclusive; in fact, our compassion, coupled with efficiency, is what truly defines the member experience. And no, I am not a high-level leader; I am just a solitary employee who cares and is hoping for the best.

It was like the corporate mumbo jumbo talks that no one listens to. The previous ones tried to address corporate issues head on to the point of putting some people on the hot seat and on the spot. Not this time.

That townhall meeting is one of the most boring of all time. Not that I want earth moving announcements like reorgs or layoffs or something like that, but I expected something more than that. sigh

"Let's leverage our synergistic core competencies to proactively streamline scalable, customer-centric solutions that drive paradigm-shifting innovation across verticals." typical corporate bs lingo without substance
