Thread regarding Dell Inc. layoffs

JC the forever narcissist and megalomaniac.

In JC’s mind he’s the best. Now he’s going to jump in and directly run CSG. Here’s what’s going to happen. He’s going to jump in, lay off a bunch of people. Think he’s improved their business and jump out. That’s his only business strategy.

He couldn’t be more textbook narcissist.

JC you’re single handled ruining Dell. Now, like a tick, you’re going to embed yourself into BUs to ruin them.

Nice.

A clueless, low EQ fellow if I’ve ever seen one-as highlighted by his big smiley face t-shirt worn in the AHOD right after bouncing 10K a couple years ago. Never met the guy but he couldn’t be surprised he’s hated by the entire company.

He’s got a much better chance of ton shifting laptops than being beloved of anything else.

“In The late 80s / early 90s the managers with MBAs thought the world of themselves”

Interesting post. One of my brothers is a retired Marine NCO. He followed the axiom that roughly goes like, if you don’t know what’s on the other side of that ridge you’re failing your troops.

Our managers don’t have a clue what’s coming and they are failing to prepare

he's actually following the low-budget mantra of one-person-many-roles.

it's moranic and bound for failure but hey at least he believes in his own stupidity.
