I’m doing the bare minimum. No overtime, even if it feels like the world’s collapsing. I’m actively searching for a better job. I’m choosing to ignore the micromanaging and toxic people on my team. Why should I waste my energy on any of it? Chances are, I’ll be out of here soon. The only question is: who will pull the plug first - me or them?
