The culture is toxic, politics run deep, and everything feels disorganized thanks to nonstop reorgs. Management can be petty, and the leadership shift has tanked bonuses and left raises trailing behind inflation. There are no positives I can think of about working here anymore.

Agreed. Solid observation by Anonymous. There are better alternatives in healthcare, IT, Operations, contracting, UM, etc.
