Swamped with impossible deadlines, zero respect for work-life balance, and running on fumes every single day. It’s like they expect us to be robots who never need a break. Honestly, what’s the point of surviving in a place that drains you dry?

Because you have more time to look for another job. The alternative is far worse. I am in my late 50s and was laid off and will run out of critical medical coverage for my ailing wife and my current medical condition (cancer) and my age makes it nearly impossible to obtain a position. So be thankful but don’t sit around hoping for better days. Apply the way I should have and bless you all. I probably only have 2 to 3 years left and I worked through the treatments without missing work and timelines and all for nothing. Please pray for us and good luck to you all.
