If you really think they are going to reduce pay and benefits for remote workers while allowing hybrid to be in office one week a month… you better start making plans for your full time in office routine… that’s coming !

We don't have the space for full time, right now. After they let go tons of people in Auto Underwriting and start shrinking down the workforce we might, but still a year or two away
Hasn't Caterpillar already moved to full time in office? Many others have also.
Full time in office is coming.
