I hate them but the only real solution to SF and all the other companies like SF is to start a Union. I think that is one reason why they keep the turnover so high is so people do not have time to build stronger bonds and get organized. I absolutely hate unions and think they do more harm than good in most situation. In the case of SF, I think it is the only thing that can be done to these kind of people with their lies, manipulation and down right evil behavior. These people are sc-m of the earth and the best thing that can step in is a union. Give employees a seat at the table. I doubt CSs and CAs have the strength to do it but a vote on one would at least bring national attention to some of this stuff and scare the pi-s out of Exec!

It’s always “Somebody else start a union for me”. Which is why it will never happen.
