@k1 3 weeks per year worked days are long gone. And no, lawyering up won't work. Xerox can no longer afford to just give more. By the time you pay for a lawyer, have your pay paused etc, you are not ahead.

@s5,
The integration is not good. Do you even know the integration activities? All we see is consolidation of leadership.
Since Xerox merged legacy xerox with local cores years ago, we couldn't get that right. The amount of errors with billing, supplies, contracts, delivery etc is still ongoing to this day. How do you think this is going to go? HCL, TaTa, and whoever else is handling our business has no urgency or accountability to ever get these things right.
We have clients who are supposed to get new equipment and then 6 months to a year later, it finally arrives. What time frame do you speak of?

@b2 I sense a lot of bullls##t in your response. Obviously not in the know of Xerox/Lexmark integration activities. Obviously a competitor trying to stir trouble. Xerox and Lexmark customers are secure in what will be delivered and timeframe of delivery. Go chase anotherAI generated pathway to your promotion..

“Xerox, we don’t know how to fix it.” That about sums up the brand.

Newsflash for sales people: Everyone absolutely hates their copier, and they hate you, they tell me all the time, because all they want it to do is copy and print. Guess what? The giant stinking tu-d you sold them? It fking doesn't do any of that. They can walk up to it and it turns of automatically, and you can download apps to access apps that you can do all kinds of ridiculous sht on.
But you want to print? No. It just jams. Repeatedly. Over and over. And I fix it, and it jams again. Then I fix it, and then it jams again. Then I put some more inferior parts in it that should be made of better material, but it's soft plastic, and guess what? I'll be back next fcking month because that new part is going to break because it's soft plastic and IT'S GOING TO FKCIN JAM AGAIN, SEE YA IN A FEW WEEKS CUSTOMER, BECAUSE I DON'T KNOW WHAT SALES SOLD YOU SOME HOT FKCING GARBAGE.

@aj in the 3 weeks per year range is typical, maxing out at 20 to 24 months if you have a lawyer. They will try for much less though to start. It could be even more if the resort to deceptive tactics and constructive dismissal as courts are tired of their cr-p.

What new sales plan? They redid them last July. What does the new one look like? It’s their attempt to sc--w us over again if there is a new plan.

Who exactly is selling anything? I've been at this job for YEARS and keep repairing the same old falling apart cr-p. Can you upgrade a customer once in a while instead of writing 10 year contracts that lock them into a machine that is obsolete in 2 years after signing it?

Yes. Promise them everything ! But yet deliver Nothing. Nothing like blank faced assurances to settle your customers anxiety. Always a good thing.
I’m sure the cure to All this is right around the corner. The only problem is the street is closed and blocked off.
Keep the faith and you will be the last person to unlock the doors for the creditors and salvage dealers.
Nothing ever Changes does it? Fire 3 id--ts and 5 more imbeciles start coming out of the woodwork.

Only trouble is the woodwork will likely have to be burned to stay warm this winter. 🥶.

You guys all should have left long ago…
But it’s a shame there isn’t an award for stubbornness and foolishness. Your fireplace mantle would be collapsing right now with trophy’s and ribbons.

Maybe you can use the Xerox stock for wallpaper in the garage…

Likely intense. If you're tenured...it's time to go regardless if you achieve. Those new sales people they will be recruiting over the next few years will accept less pay. You know what happens when they can pay people less to do the same job.
