And the work just keeps piling up. I’m slammed with endless claims and deadlines every single day, working late just to keep up. No one even notices or thanks me. Instead, it’s just more pressure and higher expectations. I’m burnt out and feel like I’m just a replaceable number. This isn’t what I signed up for.

You get paid for OT. I don't. I'm forced to give a dozen hours a week to this [dis]organization. Clyde is firing leaders for calling him out on his fail op model roll out and conversation to GW. It's every person for themselves.
