Wow - what an embarrassment. This guy uses more "uhs" and "ums" than a 5th grader. How does the Board allow a "C" player like this even close to an SLT position? This guy can't even fake that he has a modicum of presence, knowledge, or wisdom.

Just replace him with AI, he is not needed.
Maybe the SLT should stop brown nosing and let Gail know that employees are not happy with RTO, expand employee benefits, fix all the claims and providers issues, make things easy to navigate, and hey, we might have a chance to turn the stock around! Happy employees + better service to members and providers = increase stock. It’s not that hard! Our competitors are having an upper advantage because they are actually able to keep their employees!
I've heard him speak before and he was not this bad. This situation where the stock is in free fall, the long simmering hatred of insurers by the public is ripped wide open, the despondent employees, and the customers fleeing as fast as they can....well it is actually taking its toll...so silver lining: we can see the guy is human and not an animatron.
Why did he appear to be so upset on that call? He was wearing a watch on each wrist, so maybe his wrists were aching.
