@20x - at what pay level and country is this 15% you cite? Seems this all should be added to the crowdsourced spreadsheet to reflect the latest.

This is for technician and below. Supervisor and above different calculation.
At what pay grade? It varies. Unless you don’t actually work at Seagate and are just making everything up.
So the 200% max possible bonus payout target was achieved? What's the baseline raise % going to be since you are in the know about these things?
