If you are currently working for belk you may be in the center of a huge scandal not only for the data breach that is Just beginning to expose how reckless the company is, but managers who recently quit are starting to expose a culture of favoritism, corruption, and a total disregard Belk has for its employees, BELK does not care about people one bit, and KKR/Hein Park are about as sleazy and underhanded as you can get in the retail industry.This is just the beginning folks. it’s only gonna get worse from here, way worse!

We are not people! We are employee numbers! It is absolutely horrible what they are doing. They have no regard for loyal employees, if you have been with them for many, many years, your reward is a corrective!! One, Two and Three you’re out! I would never ask someone to come work at this He-l Hole!!
