@v3 where does it say that they changed or took away severance time?
Every time they took away PTO, they decreased the severance package. Most people just notice the PTO decrease.
@t2 I think it is 2 weeks per year of service, not 1.

Based on prior RIFs, it’s something like a week per year of service.

@cw We rarely get rid of under-performing or obsolete teams, we just move them around or create another team with the same remit.
PMO became obsolete with the shift to Agile. Should have been long gone.
Project management organization. Supposedly moving to a product funded model which would require far less people. I’ll believe it when I see it
