Exactly. They will use this survey to cut benefits and say it's what we wanted. What the fu-k does working from home have to do with reducing benefits. NOTHING. It's their excuse to fu-k us over.
Hey d-mb fu-k. There are a lot of us employees out here working from home with no office. They shut them down.
Been this way since 2021 only its mandatory, they do one week in office. Its a shame actual employees dont use this website anymore.
The choice was already made. They never had any intention of bringing everybody back. This surgery will be their justification to freeze the pension, reduce 401k matches, reduce PTO and increase health insurance premiums and say’ this is what you wanted’
