It’s the same cr-p with a different spin for years. We are under performing wow big surprise. AIP is going to be recalibrated…. forget AIP. It’s all bullsh-t. The SLT and board executives (and their “consultants” which there are hundreds of) are making $5 to over $20 million in base salary alone if there was REAL distress executive salaries would be cut in half and roles would be flushed but they are not. I will never over work or worry myself in a corporation that investors run the show and decide my fate. Deep pockets and lip service is all they got. It’s a dark world behind the curtains. Salaries for the working staff have tanked, bonuses are becoming non existent, our out of pocket for healthcare keeps climbing and more and more micro managing is being put in place. You think automation is your friend until jobs are lost and the human touch is gone and there’s nothing left but a cold distance between the patient and computer intelligence making a human decision for patient in real crisis. Abandon all hope.

Even when a valued manager who has been highly accomplished leaves - the SVP cannot "waste" her time calling that individual to thank them for their service and wish them well. Instead you get a 2 sentence email likely written by Spark - its disgusting - karma does however come around. When that VP leaves many will be grateful and hope the door hits her large azz on the way out. Great example of leadership - that is what is running this sewage plant
@xd I wonder if staff VP and realize we mock them too! And we think they are worthless fu--s. I guess they can have comfort that they make so much more money than me but they shouldn’t kid themselves that we are dazzled by their bullsh-t. We see right through you je-ks. I’m not doing extra and you are gonna have to riff me if you want me to leave. In the meantime I’ll gladly do the minimum and laugh at the pathetic stock price. You only have yourself to blame for this.
This company is extremely corrupt at the SLT level and I can confirm that the backbone of this company is mocked by leadership even VP of Staff mock the working bee and do not communicate half of what should be. It’s very shameful. Don’t ever give more.
The business model is. Make money for investors and ELT at any expense. Do it via legal or illegal means. Now that the stock price is so low, you can bet the illegal means of making money will become business as usual.
The longer the worker bees stick around the less money we make year after year. Living expenses continuing to rise while salaries stay stagnant, no advancement opportunities.
