Just wondering if all the states got the email for the 30 minutes Town Hall with JoeZ where they aren’t doing any Q&A? Schedules 7/31.

@2a2 is rite n the fact that he didnt come out n say no layoffs is very worrying wen u kno none of us care about the stock price we care about OUR JOBS
A meeting that said nothing makes me feel worse than no meeting at all.
@28w Everything we can read for ourselves in gaslighting format…
That meeting was a whole lot of nothing. Seems odd to have even had it in the first place. Well, I guess we are fine for now!
What was the point of that meeting?! Basically every MCO is struggling but we're doing great? Nothing to worry yourselves with! Carry on... Bizarre to say the least.
praying for everyone tonight 🙏 our ceo is one the highest paid in the industry please figure it out without laying people off 🙏
@1qb You will get unemployment as it’s not up to the company to decide that. That’s not how unemployment works. Even if you are fired you can get unemployment unless the company can prove you’ve done something wrong like stealing. Your state is the decision maker for unemployment and that is all,
The Email Joe sent last Friday is making me nervous. I noticed he confirmed that the Big Beautiful Bill WILL have an impact on Molina’s membership and I’m scared what that may entail.
I noticed another person said they felt micro-managed the last couple months and I feel the same. That’s what sparked my initial concern. Also, our team keeps restructuring and moving people to other departments. So many alarm bells!
I hope everyone is doing okay. Definitely stressing out over here.
I also thought Joe Z's email on Friday was strange. It's been nothing but micromanaging/overmanaging in my department for the last six months or so-- including setting goals and expectations that are very difficult, if not impossible, to achieve. It's as if they are setting us up to fail in order to have a reason to let us go without paying unemployment.
@10s I somewhat agree. I have felt uneasy for sometime the way things have been going. It’s not rocket science that something could be on the way. I think we are going to meet our reality soon. Good luck to everyone and I will see you at the soup kitchen if it’s a big one.
I wasn’t super concerned about the meeting until the strange email that he sent Friday; now I’m worried.
The town hall could be just that a town hall. I have no idea or knowledge on what the meeting is about. I think we just wait and see. Shame on the last few posters for the name calling. You should be ashamed of yourselves!
@10s Nobody was notified of anything. You’re a nobody hanging out on this board pretending you’re a manager and you are in the know. This is anonymous. If you were really in the know you would give specific information. You don’t do that because you don’t know it and being cryptic makes it seem like you do and you also like to scare people. That makes you a truly terrible person.
You were all notified about this upcoming action sometime back. Some were saying it was false. Time to buckle up folks…
@sc They like to lay-off and reorganize at the beginning of a pay period so it looks a lot like layoffs starting Monday (beginning of a pay period) and finished by Thursday for Joe Z to tell everyone in a half hour with no questions, doesn’t it?
I wonder if it has to do with the Medicaid cuts and now no tax on OT. They will have to "save" money somewhere so they will start lay offs again. We're already told we can no longer work OT and it will only be approved for our weekend rotations. 3 of our MD's are gone just in the beginning of July. One was gone so abruptly last week that we sent her a case in the morning to review and by the afternoon her access was gone and she was erased from the system. No notice to us. That was very concerning. I just wonder who/what departments will be first on the chopping block?
Yep. All states got it.
@OP IL did.
No Q&A, 30 minutes instead of 60, short notice, troubling signs.
we got in tx and i immediately noticed no q&a and have a bad feeling about that being left off
We got it in Ohio.
