There's an old saying, "The beatings will continue until morale improves."
At CDW, it seems the saying is, "The layoffs will continue until executive management becomes competent."
There have been so many rounds of layoffs over the last 4+ years and yet there has been no improvement in results. The same leadership keeps making the same mistakes. They have no interest in taking personal responsibility for the poor business decisions they have made that caused us to underperform so much over the last 2-3 years in particular.
The board has been just as negligent, as they have held no one accountable.
