“Anyways the employee who faced action was doing overnight works , weekend supports.”

Doing laundry and weekend errands was not providing any support to AT&T at all.

Everyone knows the report’s broken so what’s the point if you’re so paranoid do you like everyone else around me. They take a screenshot of the land connection, force point and a application called Desktop reporting system and get this one of the guys even take a selfie but anyways these guys Are worried about the next round of cuts. I am too, but if you’re gonna get dinged for something that’s broken, It tells you a whole lot about our leadership and direction of the company.

Its long time and report couldn’t be corrected, and it is being used to terminate employees under cobc, which is a big joke and scandal in decades, all those who are using and advocating to terminate employees should be immediately terminated for not getting this correct yet, and should be stopped using it.

@ag Directors are most culprit. For one of his employee, one of the director said he does not know what his employee do, he didn’t bother to talk to his AD or the person before responding, just to save his a-s , because if he would have tried to justified he might face some trouble. But why he would not be terminated if he was not aware what his employee was doing. Anyways the employee who faced action was doing overnight works , weekend supports.

@bf this joke has been used to take cobc action and CTO and HRBPs justifies they have video evidences. Ask them to share why its wrong. Employees should have portal to raise voice against these type if leaderships and if there is repetitive pattern of complains against them then they should be terminated immediately.

Not that we should expect anything differently.

At least it’s consistent!

I think it’s actually a good thing.

It’s not being scrutinized like it was early on, as everyone is aware of the problems. Though your Director on up may say it’s “mostly correct” or something to that affect. They know the deal.

I quit looking. I do my hours and then some. Mine has been busted since forever. Fire me if you want, don’t care anymore. I’ll see you in court if the reason is my broken time clock presence report.

"I was just fired for clocking in 39 hours but put in weekend work"

If you true you have a lawsuit should you choose to pursue.
