The new people are becoming the majority. This survey for more holidays (you won’t get off) w less PTO is a scam! If you really think they are going to offer more holidays off and that you’ll be able to get them…. Just look at the upcoming holiday bid that didn’t go your way…it’s not going to get better for you. Keep the PTO package and if anything give us more!

Long over due changes. Too many benefits. Not enough workers dedicated to the companies success. Execs can only do so much. Employees need to make sacrifices and step up or be let go. You know. Like in the real world
Everyone that whole survey is a scam! They already know what they are going to do. Here are their objectives.
They have to ditch the pension-too expensive as it requires mandatory funding to keep it fully funded and increases each year.
The work environment is so horrible and they are going to make it worse, people have too much PTO, FMLA and STD and can run and hide. FMLA is law, they have to try to eliminate PTO and STD as much as possible. Solution unpaid sabbaticals!
In the next 24 months, they are going to have to do something with thousands of Auto Underwriting employees due to automation. They do not want to pay severance.
AI is going to take thousand of entry level jobs/ILR/Express, they do not want to pay the PTO or severance
Tenured employees have too much PTO, they can pay new people less, and have seen this same propaganda/sh-t year after year and are never going to buy it again.
The ship is sinking and they know it! They have to make themselves rich and get out of Dodge, look at MT he bought $27 billion dollars worth of policies, trashed staffing by 40% and have himself over $100 million in compensation in 4 years! Criminal!
