It’s about to come to fruition. Don’t expect a Fat Package, there is no need for increasing the payout. Get your resume ready and out. There will be a lot of competition for jobs and an industry change will likely be needed. Cuts will be severe. COP is not a major player, so why would you expect an increased package. Start taking your office things home now. These cuts are going to be deep.
