I have never seen such a bad leadership in all my career. Can someone explain how they select individuals such as P...r H....n to run the security PMs. Anyone that has worked with Mr H knows that he is a robot with poor leadership and zero soft skills. I bet he carries all the PTSD from past experiences eliminating people for the goverment while wearing uniform.
How someone in the right mind can give such a position to an invidual that simply is unable to connect with his people. Bad numbers are his reflection.

@c8 That's the CDW way! Look at our prerecorded "town halls." You can't ask questions in real time. And even if you COULD ask questions, asking a question of leadershit will probably put your name at the top of the roster for next quarter's layoffs. This company is run by useless id--ts that probably had the sh-t beaten out of them when they were kids, so now they have to try and bully their staff.

A very dear friend of mine got laid from ITS as well. To my surprise, he only got one week of severance for each year he was with the company. Is that normal? I was under the impression that the previous lay offs included 2 weeks of severance for each year of employment. Can you please confirm?

I was and it was handled very poorly. Robotic, cold, ready from script. The severance package is meh at best.
