Came out today. It appears they will be sc--wing us out of some of our benefits and or raising our healthcare price and possibly reducing our pto. Whatever they do you can bet your a-s it will be to their benefit and employees will get sc--wed. Like they care what we think.

You people crack me up----even a survey throws you into major hissy fits. The company needs far less snowflakes like you, and more people who will STFU and do their job.
It cost the company less for WFH employees. Why would they want to cut our benefits or force us into an office. They monitor and micromanagement everything we do.
Make sure you use the other category: use the comments section to blast them. Let them know what a h-ll hole this place is and how useless executive is!

Insurance costs have increased dramatically, especially in Illinois, to pay for illegal immigrants. Did you think the RICH were going to pay for that also?
I'm retired now, but I worked from home long before COVID. Trust me, the couple of hours I actually spent working and not cutting the grass, watching EVERY episode of g-n smoke, vacuuming or just goofing around was not very good for the company, but I saw what was happening, so I took advantage of it while I could.
LOL! That survey is hilarious! They are getting really really bold and brave and can no longer hide exactly who they are. They talk a good game, when the job market is tight, but the second they think they have the upper hand, they are going to lower the bo-m! AI and Automation is going to eliminate thousands of jobs so they think they have a ton of people in the pipeline standing in line for cr-ppy jobs that will let them mistreat employees. The American worker is done with corporate America, I just don't think these re-ards truly understand the world we live/people are over it. I'm not a supporter but it will usher in a great era of total socialism! Right or wrong...Most people would probably rather sit in a government funded apartment, with a EBT card, internet, cell phone and a TV then slave away at some stupid corporate job making useless Execs and Agents rich. This is exactly how it happens! You push people into the corner and they make a horrible choice.....but it will happen as greed, stupidity, immortally and just plan evil is always the downfall! I'm just trying to find a safe hilltop to sit on from afar and watch all of this "figuratively" burn itself to the ground! Get some popcorn! Good riddance!
Let’s be honest. Now that we work from home we don’t need all that PTO. You can do household chores while working from home. You can watch the kids while working from home. You can run errands, grocery shop, see your doctors while working from home.
I’d cut more than 40 hours a year off the PTO bank. Execs listen to me.
Yes, it does not matter what you answer on the survey, they will say the employees wanted this for whatever they are planning.
We can suit SF if they try to reduce the pto or force a pto cash out.

Why the fu-k do you think wfh employees are watching Netflix and not working. I get way more done at home than I ever did in the office. Been here over 35yrs. They see every keystroke we make.

Run off as many tenured employees - to save a buck, less PTO, not gullible!
Increase CEO Pay/bonuses and Increase Agent Comp - Go Progressive!

I can run dozens of reports and know every mouse click, ever key stroke and every app or website you touched. I know every claim you were in, every call you received, every call you made, the actual transcripts of every conversation. There is no sitting at home watching Netflix while the poor souls in the hubs single handedly keep the company afloat. Your parents must regret not aborting you when they had the chance.
When they let everyone would work from home did you not think there would be repercussions? You want to keep that benefit? It will cost you one week of PTO, higher insurance premiums and lower raises and bonuses. Hope sitting at home binging Netflix is worth it. You all got played.
