Is negotiating the severance by yourself working or do you have to have an attorney for them to take it serious? We were only given a couple days to sign the document so have to act fast.

Can also confirm 4 weeks plus 1 year of service here - will be negotiating for more

Same for me as well.
For some, they are giving until January 2nd 2026 to find a job internally or externally. EBO.
Had the call at 9:30am and still haven’t seen the package.
Back in April 2023 they did the 3 weeks and 2 weeks per year of service.
