With the reorganization happening will this be the time where we see new people in VP, GM or Sr Director roles? Or will this be the rotation of the same people getting more experience while more of us get overlooked.
Same recycled VP/GM or “chosen one’s” getting to build their resume. The last two reorganizations have seen the same people get promoted or given additional experiences. Some of them have had their chance and did not know what they were doing, time to move on. Time to build the bench with teammates who can get things done, teammates with experience. The bench with recycled leaders and strategy teammates isn’t going to rebuild this company.
