Everyone needs to post a review about how we do not want to return to office on Glassdoor and how hard it is for us/how little connection there is. They read the reviews, maybe they will eventually listen that it isn't working for us?

If you think they are not only reading this site, but commenting your just silly
It's all about control. They use a regimented approach to control employees. Going to an office has not positive impact on the business. But, it does give the company control.
Far be it from me to be a cynic, but since they're hoping for voluntary terms, I think this kind of reporting would mostly be met with high fives in indy. Rto is widely unpopular even among VPs and down -- they don't care and there's a reason for that.
I did this! Both Glassdoor and Indeed.
@OP How hard is for all managers to go into a office three days a week... Not hard. If you are a manager and do not want to be in an office, go somewhere else.
@OP Have you posted your concerns on Glassdoor yet?
In the words of Seinfeld..."Good luck with all of that"
Total waste of time and effort.
They don't care about us. Surveys are a joke why bother to do them. If they actually listened to us this would be a great place to work.
They don’t care what we think. We are just stupid peons.
Back to office is an industry wide trend and I don’t think some employees not wanting it is going to cut it.
@OP You can try, but Elephants will find a way to have the posts taken down. Hopefully, in the meantime some people will have a chance to read them. It's worth a shot.
