@h8 Veteran opinions are in rank order of course. China has the biggest military so their opinion matters most. India is second and therefore also important to Honeywell management. The US is in third place barely nudging out North Korea.
This ranking aligns quite closely to how honeywell has allocated investment in employees over the last few decades.

Do veterans have to input to VOE?
fire every manager who gets less than 80 percent support.
It does nothing. You point out various miserable things. It is averaged with whole team. Then manager selects some most repeating things which are not possible to change like bad planning from above. And then we have another timewasting meeting where bottom employees should find solution for that problem with incompetence from above. Great.
Same bullsh-t like virtual goals in HPD or those development goals...

Despite the poor rating, my manager continues being the awful person he is without any repercussions. Nothing ever changes. VOE is pointless.
