PMO, scrum masters, middle management. All useless and add absolutely nothing to any problem or project.
There is so much whale blubber in the Tech areas that you can cut the fat from literally ANYWHERE with no real loss.
Three places:
- Useless PMO.
- Anything with "Strategy" in the title.
- Consolidate the former JC org with BS's org to drive at least two dozen headcounts there.
- Onshore FTE devs/engrs/principal engrs
