Hmm, I can't help but wonder what Visual has planned for Christmas this year. Are we in for a mother Whoville-meets-Belk situation? Because the visual that’s being bought is cheap!! Miss the good old days where all stores actually looked like the company enjoyed Christmas!!

At this point isn't it obvious how bad things are. Locking us out of color printing. No longer buying the toilet paper that fits the big container. Buying the cheap paper towels. What about the cart situation. My store has only few carts and most of them don't even roll. Shall I go on? The only concern is how many apps, emails and credit card apps you've gotten.
My store is close to a Dillard’s and ours looks so sad at Christmas while Dillard’s looks like a beautiful Christmas wonderland. You are right those stupid cardboard decorations are cheap and embarrassing, I would rather have no decorations.
No Belk is definitely a conservative company. Can't you tell by the greed.
Is Belk a left wing compan?, if so, that may explain the lack of christmas visual.
We have cheap everything not just visual. The people in the corporate office who sit at a computer all day in a nice air conditioned office, have nothing else better to do, than to come up with lame visual for such a big time of the year. I remember when Christmas decor was with real Christmas trees, wreaths, and garland. Oh, but you got to remember the uppers have to make there bonus too, so when it comes to making there stores look really good and not cheap that doesn't matter to them at that point. It also su-ks that the cheap visual that they get takes hours to put together!
very sad. especially those cardboard christmas trees, how bad were those?
