Don't take it personal. Recruiters are definitely trying to make their production metrics. Also, most likely the interviewers are going through the process of interviewing other candidates to appear to be non bias however, the interviewers already have chosen their pick which is usually in the click already... WellCare and Centene standard practice. What is unfortunate is all of the patients who need healthcare coverage who will be denied as a result of GREED.
Working at WellCare has been the most stressful experience in my career. Especially in the financial reporting side. Dudes there were pretty crazy, working 14/15 hours a day is considered norm. On top of that, if you think micromanagement is bad, it’s even worse to have to deal with psychopath manager who does heavy breathing on you lol
It does not matter if you applied. The company Will Lay Off 3,000 Employees, Not Fill 1,500 Vacant Jobs. Centene Corp. will lay off 3,000 employees, which combined with the decision to not fill a separate 1,500 vacant jobs, will amount to a 6% reduction. I'd say the company is toast!
@OP use AI to create a resume. Qualifications really don’t matter. Neither does education. Its about who you know to get you in. Anyone that doesn’t believe this may not even work there or worked anywhere to believe those rejections are really based on qualifications.
Totally agree, the company is toast because YOU got rejected. Seek therapy.
I tried to get in for 10 plus years before a decent VP let me in. He was let go 3 months later. Getting in depends on the department and siloed culture. I worked with an IT temp who was mentally off and had a plate in his head, but looked good on paper. He got in right away LOL.
OP be thankful.... nothing worse than starting a new job then getting let go.

Did you tell them you have morals and integrity? Yep, that's where you failed the interview.
Centene is pretty easy to get into. It’s not the company, it’s you. You probably didn’t meet the minimum requirements.
The company is toast. The stock is trying to cling to $31 per share.
If you got an automatic rejection this may mean that you were not qualified for the job or your resume/application may not have met the minimum basic requirements. Most of initial screening is now done by AI. At least you got a rejection though. Many candidates get fully ghosted.
@OP I couldn’t imagine being so hurt by a rejection that I would find the company lay off site and post this, your life has to be miserable, maybe they’ll hire you to replace the migrants in the field lol, let us know.
