Every reorg means fewer people doing more, while more higher-ups show up just to bark orders. Every single time - no exception. It’s been a steady downhill slide for years, and somehow they still act surprised when morale hits rock bottom.

Agreed! Nothing changes for the ones that actually deliver. They add more senior managers and directors and hold off on promoting the rest of us. We are rewarded with chaos and having to start over under a new management who has no clue or history. Before we settle in, we reorg again and history repeats itself. Seems like they just create new roles to sustain some useless folks.
