I think we will all be kicked out eventually. This Org will squeeze us dry for a few peanuts we get. Forget the salary hikes and get used to hate all around you.

Who knows. I've seen everyone getting kicked out.
One thing I will say is that there are plenty of a--holes onshore and offshore, and the same goes for great employees.
Just focus on using what time you have to beef up your resume and learn new things. That is my goal. Maybe it'll help you live to fight another day best case scenario.
Every company is offshoring and leaning into technology to replace work. Focus on building your skills. Complaining isn’t going to change anything so take control of your self and build different skills. Tech companies are offshoring and automating everything. I doubt you can name a company not doing this.
