My team’s been through too many reorgs and too many cuts. We’ve been changing managers like socks - each one somehow worse than the last. What used to be a high-performing team now feels like a revolving door of leadership and lost talent. We’ve lost people who held us together, who genuinely cared about our work and our reputation. Now, half the time, we’re not even sure what we’re aiming for. Change can be a good thing. But change without direction? That’s just damage.

@a4 and if I did?
Time for PAP's to be handed out so the workers will work past incompetence. Remember directors/sd are basically popular people at the HOA and rarely talented.
We are on director 3 who is basically not qualified at all, but is super popular and a social butterfly so they get th gig.
OP - a self proclaimed high performing team member just like rest of Nike.
Blaming everyone else but themselves
Lemme guess: you sit in Tech?
