Leadership doesn’t give a damn about us. All they care about is squeezing every ounce of value out of each one of us, then moving on to someone cheaper and, preferably, more obedient. As long as the top execs and shareholders are happy, that’s all that matters. Meanwhile, they gaslight us, guilt-trip us into working like mules, and expect us to be grateful for a lousy job at a lousy company where leadership doesn’t respect us or the work we do - not one bit.

Gave the company more than 21 years. The culture has just gotten worse every year. No matter who was in charge.
@OP push back. Play the game enough to get your supervisor and top leadership fired. Then move your way up the ranks to change the culture.
