Anyone else hoping the arbitrator is going to ripe chevron's heart out after it cut it's own legs off?

To wish that is to cut your own nose off to spite your face, for one. If OP has any stock in Chevron’s future, which you would if you have worked here for any length of time. Also, wishing harm on other people is childish and cringeworthy. I wish we could just lay off the people that think this way and save some of the people that really contributed, but just didn’t have places in the new org.
Original deal with the Arbitrators was the decision would not be released until September. Not sure now that they have a decision already.
That's not most of our hope
Why? Chevron pays me. Unbelievably well at that. Just like they pay (or hopefully, paid) you. I want the company to thrive despite the current and inevitable future noise. Even if they lay me off one day, I still want a healthy pension. You people are so short sighted.
They need time to get either short/long opposing stocks.
How can it take so long to arbitrate this issue and then to announce the verdict once it has been reached? I understand the magnitude of the decision but I don't see any rational to drag the verdict out for such an unreasonably long period unless the Arbitrator Industrial Complex has a selfish reason to do so (i.e. $).
The arbitrators are currently shopping the decision for the biggest bribe
