@OP what's next .. . The dismantling and slow death of another company that xerox has aquired... Think Global Imaging systems/GIS.
Reporting of Q3 consolidated results should tell the story. Additional layoffs to remove duplication should begin soon, particularly in the HQ administrative functions. SLT will get a pass for a few additional quarters due to "headwinds associated with the combination". Pay attention to interest expense.
