Doesn’t matter how hard you work or what you pull off. The second something goes sideways, they’ll hang you out to dry. Management’s got no guts, they just like to pass the buck while padding their own pockets. I hate this place.

You hate this place, but you stay and bi--h. Be a grown up and find another employer or shut up as you belong at DXC
The worst layer are the supposed "senior" leads. A dreadful tsunami of skills incompetance. It why today's customers avoid DXC in any management capacity.
Blame culture at it's best.
