They want military effort for fast-food pay, then wonder why morale’s in the toilet. How about they try leading instead of lecturing? We’re not lazy, we’re just tired of carrying managers who forgot what real work looks like.

Most managers micromanage because they don’t know how to manage. Most of them should not be in that position but are because of whose butt they kiss.
