@mh I can totally relate, Bank Analytics pretty much decided a couple years ago that commutation was optional. No clue what our VPs strategy is or where we are going. I get that analysts are introverts by nature but come on, stop hiding in your dark offices and be leaders. 30% ESAT is not ok.
At least your leaders are lying, that means they understand something. Ours seem totally out of the loop. There’s no clear direction, no alignment, and zero transparency around strategy or finances.
you're correct and this will never stop because corporate America is largely a big game. It's not that you don't have to have some skills, you do. But it's much more about your ability to influence people.
Followed by the trickle down lying all the way down the chain.
